Hello, I’m Mortaja Al-Kharasan, an administration, operations, and institutional development professional with 6+ years of experience in team leadership, HR, business development, process improvement, and government and stakeholder relations.
I have managed workforces of approximately 100–120 employees, led organizational restructuring and operational improvements, and supported business growth through structured management, market understanding, digital transformation, and AI-enabled workflows. I also hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science and have experience representing organizations before government, business, academic, and institutional stakeholders.
